This is the photo shoot that the City Grounds Team did with Matt Lingo in downtown Long Beach. We were there with them hanging out and filming. Great session that day. Matt Lingo was able to get some great shots of Congo, Matt, Marwin and Marty. For those of you that don’t follow Matt Lingo’s work of fixed gear riders in San Diego and LA, you will as soon as you see it.

We had local Long Beach artist, Jeff Nisbet, rolling with us too holding it down.  He was representing our homies Proper and his old crew in Hawaii called Aloha Fixed.  Keep your eyes and ears open for his work.  He’s blowing up too.

We love to feature riders from all over. We really don’t give a s#@* if all you do is mash or if you are only into trickin’ or have tattoos on your nuts. We just like to feature people that ride fixed gear. Sometimes we’ll just feature a city with a fixed rider rolling a cameo. Other times we’ll feature a local rider.

This video happens to be Long Beach artist, Jeff Nisbet, rolling on a rare rainy day in Southern California. It turned out that Long Beach was flooding like nobody’s business that entire week.

Frenchy rolled through the East Village area of downtown Long Beach to says what’s up to the City Grounds crew.   He had a break in the rain showed us that his pro BMX skills can translate into the fixed gear world.
